The night involved a plethora of games, prizes and pink  drink deals such as pin the nipple on the boob, guess how many sweets are in the jar and a raffle.

Elizabeth Jonathan, 19, member of the netball society said: “This was my first year being involved in ‘On Wednesdays We Wear Pink’ and it’s been so much fun!

It’s even better knowing the fun we’re having is helping to raise money for a good cause.”

In total, the event managed to raise just over £600 in aid of the selected charities.
